1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account at auzz66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period you hold an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You have not previously had an auzz66 account suspended or terminated for any reason.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of auzz66 or any of its affiliated service providers.

auzz66 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2. Account Rules & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) auzz66 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name, under a different name, or via a third-party device — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. auzz66 will suspend all associated accounts and may void all wagers and balances if multiple accounts are detected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. auzz66 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify auzz66 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us at [email protected].

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

auzz66 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal is processed and, in certain cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Driving licence issued in Bangladesh
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

All submitted documents must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submitting forged or manipulated documents is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

auzz66 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits

All deposits at auzz66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• bKash — instant credit upon confirmation
• Nagad — instant credit upon confirmation
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant credit upon confirmation
• Upay — credited within 2 minutes
• Selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — credited within 5 minutes subject to bank processing times

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. auzz66 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. auzz66 accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Deposits are for gaming purposes only. auzz66 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method and close the account if it has reasonable grounds to believe a deposit is connected to fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made by players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method.

Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. auzz66 does not charge withdrawal fees, but payment provider fees may apply.

auzz66 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, auzz66 will notify the player and request any additional documentation required.

Players may not withdraw funds that have been credited as bonus amounts unless the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the auzz66 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where expressly permitted by the rules of the relevant market.
• auzz66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded where the player had knowledge of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a software or system error that causes an incorrect price or payout to be displayed, auzz66 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• auzz66 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet at its sole discretion, including for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Cricket betting markets at auzz66 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. Market availability and settlement rules for each format are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

auzz66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonus amounts is 30x the bonus value. For example, a ৳500 bonus requires ৳15,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and sports bets may contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance are forfeited upon expiry.
• auzz66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts restricted.

Specific promotional terms for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and other seasonal promotions are published within the promotions section at the time each offer is active. Those specific terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions where they conflict.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at auzz66 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human direction.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chip dumping, soft play, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate profit. Any profits generated through exploitation of known or unknown errors must be returned to auzz66.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their express consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward auzz66 staff or other players via any communication channel.

auzz66 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts periodic manual reviews of account activity. Accounts found to be in breach of this section will be immediately suspended, all balances may be voided, and auzz66 reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedy.

9. Responsible Gaming

auzz66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides the following tools, available free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of play.
• Temporary self-exclusion — pause account access for a defined cooling-off period.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account if you feel gambling is causing harm.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of auzz66.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to auzz66 for use on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, auzz66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or factors beyond auzz66's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay that affect the processing of your transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, auzz66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

auzz66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

auzz66 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and available promotions. auzz66 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

13. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your auzz66 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.

auzz66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• auzz66 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, auzz66 reserves the right to void all pending and settled wagers and forfeit any remaining balance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and auzz66, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting auzz66 support at [email protected].

auzz66 will acknowledge any formal complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, auzz66 and the player agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
